MTN Supersonic Poor Customer Service

I am so ****ed off by the MTN Supersonic and their inaccurate accounting and poor service delivery. For the Past two months their system has been saying I owe R2076.00 when I was only owing them R519.00. I paid to their bank but to this day it has never been accredited to my account. Today my internet service is suspended, I'm told I owe R24076.00 when I only owe R689.00. I tried to explain requesting for suspension to be lifted, correct my bill so i can pay. I was going to wait for Starlink for comparison but I am really searching for alternative service provider. I was enjoying supersonic effectiveness but poor customer service is painful to deal with
