MTN SUPERSONIC FORCING R795 PRICE INCREASE ON CUSTOMERS FOR 40/40mbps PACKAGE

I received the below mail after my notice to cancel with you:

"Dear Valued Supersonic Client, Oh no, we hate to see you go! We are writing you this mail as we have received your cancellation request. At Supersonic, we pride ourselves in providing premium internet and an array of products fit for any home. So, before you go, a Supersonic agent will be contacting you within the next 5 to 10 days to discuss your home connectivity needs. Should you still wish to cancel your subscription, our Supersonic agent will assist with all you need to complete your cancellation. Important to note: We'll need one calendar months notice to cancel your contract. If you decide to leave us immediately, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the total of your monthly charges. We hope to still keep you connected for real, for real.

Nobody has attempted to reach out to me the numerous mentioned attempts to get in touch with MTN supersonic.I just received the attached SMS and it is clear that supersonic is forcing their way forward with the increase regardless of what customers have said.In the below mail, I have requested that you cancel/stop services immediately at the end of February so I can get re-connected with a new, trustworthy and reliable ISP, but no one has bothered to revert to the below communication to date. Note that I will not be paying the R795 increase as I simply cannot afford it, and will not be held hostage and/or liable for a decision I did not ever agree to. If you change the packages your customers cannot afford, we still have the full right to walk out from you.
