MTN Supersonic Fibre Installing ****mers

I have cancelled my fibre order: SSL***6. I have logged multiple complains with MTN Supersonic against their ****mer fibre installer, Pikkie who works for Huawei. Pikkie the ****mer hasn't set foot in this property and has told me over the phone that I will need to pay extra as the cable will be a 100m. This is a lie, the cable wont be more than 20m at most, more likely to be 10m. MTN Supersonic has done absulutely nothing, while their fibre installing ****mer partner robs it's clients.
