MTN SUPERSONIC FIBRE *********** and inferior product

We have been with Supenonic(MTN) Fibre for past 3 months, with endless issues with their Vodacom Fibre. We pay for 100mb x 100mb and the speed is never consisted or we do not have fibre for several days at a time.

Try calling them is a complete waste of time, they never call you back, never resolve queries, never provide feedback.

It must be the worst service provider for fibre.

currently my fibre which i pay for 100x100mbs speed is only 19x20mbs for past several days with no resolve, they just frustrate you and waste your time requesting same information about modem and their box installed, information a reputable company would keep on records.

Try requesting a manager , they are always busy, unavailable, they refer to their agents as superstars, i have another word for them "***********".
