Mtn supersonic disgusting fibre line and customer services

Supersonic is a one unprofessional wifi service ever.they quoted me 1 bill and I choose a 20meg line but been asking for my statement for months and no reply I asked to speak to there manager and still no reply and when a lady called *** sent me my invoice months later she sent me a bill higher than the package I took out and I complained to her telling her I did not choose that package she said she will take it up and someone will contact me but no one ever did I sent her numerous emails and months is going by then they switched off my internet line and i contacted her again and again then she sent me someone else invoice with all there personal details on so unprofessional i rep**** saying that is not my statement and please give me your managers number and she didnt reply again . So who ever is reading this I suggest do not take put internet fibre lines with mtn supersonic it will be your worst mistake ever u will regret it the line is always bad and there customer services is disgusting
