MTN Fibre and supersonic horrible service

My sister app**** for WiFi over a week ago, mtn delivered the router 2days ago. No installation when we call mtn we are redirected to supersonic! For supersonic to respond you stay holding on the line for over an hour only for them to tell us to call frogfoot.. frogfoot told us we should call supersonic again because they didn’t process an order! We are on a call again waiting for supersonic to answer if we will be lucky.. it’s 10:20 this process started at 8 am! A horrible service from both Supersonic and mtn fibre
