MTN Fiber connection has had no Internet access since Sat, 9 August 2025.

I stay in 2 Bass road Bonaero Park. My Internet on my Fiber Line has been off since Saturday, 9 August 2025. It has been 5 days now, and I have been phoning their technical support line since Saturday morning, but still no joy. Every time it has been a different story. This morning they are telling me once again that my case number FST765103 has been assigned to a technician who will either sort out my problem or get back to me, the same as yesterday. I am at a point where I am anticipating on cancelling my contract with MTN Fibre (Supersonic is apparently their Technical support)
