Mostly bad service
I had the worst service from Supersonic after being a client for years. I relocated and needed assistance. Communication is shocking. I did however eventually have two ladies named Rachel and Matsepo that did their job properly to assist me and follow up afterwards. Thank you!! As for the other nearly 10 call centre agents, shocking!!!
