Most useless service Provider ever!

I have been doubled billed for 6 months now and I have called multiple times and Facebook messaged multiple times even got some guys email and still nothing. There is 2 lines on my name but there is no way I have 2 Lines in my 1 bedroom flat. I have multiple reference numbers but still nothing. I don’t think that Supersonic have a finance department cause everything has been escalated to them but still nothing. On top of this I now don’t have fibre at all. This is probably the most useless service provider ever! Absolutely ******* and I would like to look else where for friendlier service and maybe one with a finance department.
