Most USELESS ISP

LOL the funny thing about Supersonic is that they have accepted that they are SH*T and are at peace with it. I Swear I've never seen such a useless ISP, horrible customer service, poorly trained call centre agents, no sense of urgency in resolving problem. I'm into my third week without my internet services and I call them daily.
