Most useless internet service provider

Worse internet service provider. I have been logging faults for 2 weeks now. All they do is close the tickets without resolving my issue. The whatsapp line no technician responds all day and they just ignore the messages and tell you to send a new message the next day. Eventually someone responded to my ticket but they have now apparently escalated it to another department. But i am still waiting for this department to contact me.
