MOST USELESS INTERNET PROVIDERS ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Supersonic is the most useless service provider that I ever dealt with in my life. They can't get ANYTHING right. We arranged in July 2020 that they would stop our debit order because we want to do the EFT ourselves to control our account better. Supersonic agreed that they stopped our debit order in July 2020. We then made a payment to Supersonic, only to see that they didn't cancel our debit order, but just confirmed it on email because they just wanted to keep us "happy".

Our IT guys cancelled ALL SERVICES with them on the 21st of September 2020. Our last debit order was supposed to be in October, it would have included our normal debit order plus the cancellation fee. Supersonic advised us that we need to send an email to ***. We did do that. But yet no one came back to us to say that our services are cancelled. To put the cherry on top, I have phoned them numerous times. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME, NOT ONE TIME!!! NO ONE CAN EVEN TELL ME THAT THE SERVICE WAS CANCELLED OR THAT THEY CAN PICK UP FROM THE SYSTEM ALL THE TIMES I HAVE PHONED.

We had to reverse the debit order from our bank plus stop future debit orders from Supersonic because otherwise we will wait until the ***s come home.

WE ARE LOOKING AT OPENING A ***** CASE AGAINST SUPERSONIC AS OUR ACCOUNT KEEPS ON BEING DEBITED.
