Most Useless Company

Absolutely useless, I app**** for internet with them and have been struggling to get connected with them for a whole week. All they can tell me is that the problem is on vumatel side and they will escalate it, every single time calling in and holding for 30+minutes before I actually speak to someone. I have spent over R300 on airtime alone because no one can pick up a phone. I decided to contact vuma myself and was told that supersonic actually did nothing on their side to escalate or to sort out my wifi . WHAT THE ****????. You are the worst company and i will make sure everyone knows this
