Most horrible service ever

The most horrible service ever, I'd stay away. They will take ages to respond you however you try to contact them. Call center you will hold forever and still not get anyone to answer the call. Stay away from them. I have tried cancelling the order I made on the 26 July 2024 and today is 14 August and no one has contacted me. You have to contact them to get updates which you will wait a day or two to get.
