More Than A Month And Still No Confirmation That My Services Will Be Cancelled.

Hi there,

Its been more than a month and I still have not had confirmation on my cancellation request.

I have already paid for this month and I expect the service to be cancelled April 30, 2021.

Please confirm the same, Thanks
