Money taken monthly with out explanation

Worse company ever, I have more then 15000 rand deducted from my account *******ly and no one in such a big company can proof too me why only tell me I am in arears, and the worse part is they still continues taking the money, I just can jot stop them, and also the call center agents answer the account queries because the people from finance department is clued up enough to gave me a complete break up, PLEASE MY FELLOW CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERSONIC YOU WILL GO THROUGH A HEAVY STRESS LIKE ME THAT WAS BOOKED OFF ALREADY 5 TIMES DUE FINANCIAL STRAIN, HAVE TAKEN A OVERDRAFT AND THEN A LOAN JUST TO SORT OUT MY OTHER DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT BEHIND DUE TO SUPERSONIC TAKING DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS EVERY MONTH FOR THOUSAND OF RANDS, but my lawyers is busy with standard bank and from there we will deal with supersonic, have an appointment tomorrow with lawyers but will publish the story as it unfold, watch this space.
