Misleading consumers
On 6 May 2020 I wrote review about horrible client service received and received my refund. However they mislead me that the matter was resolved and account closed but I am receiving monthly invoice billing me whilst I am not their client and not using their service.
So they basically **** that the matter was resolved and I am receiving sms about debit order. I phone their call Centre nd they were unble to resolve my matter instate gave me a reference number CAF-115174-V9C7Y0
