Absolute ****mers signed up in December paid 2 months but never received connection after 2 months of this I cancelled and was promised a refund as per messages I kept. Credit note issued and when you follow up you get told that they are working on it it is now March and still no refund still get the same bull response there WhatsApp call centre have now stopped responding and their absolute rude staff disconnect the conversations when asked why it's taking this long. Staff is arrogant and rude with horrible customer service not to mention they will ***** your money and just keep sending uniformed response Use anyone else stay far away from Supersonic they **** and ***** from you and the service is just horrible
