After reading all the negative reviews i was sceptical of Supersonic and contacted them about my concerns. Michelle McBride responded and gave personal assurance to resolve any/all issues & also furnished me with her email address. Processing & delivery was easy and FAST. I subsequently had a 'location' issue with the Sim, and once again Michelle to the rescue and i was sorted
