Please , note that this company and ****mer and fruster, they have nothing to provide. I found myself with this unless network provider call supersonic, I found myself sign up with them and get install with internet which is not even working properly. My first invoice was served April 23rd which is R550,00 and on the 1st May I paid up the amount R550, and my second invoice was served on the 23 of May which I paid on the 26 of May , making 2 payment made in the month of May, by June 15th his company send me email of warning to suspend my account that am owning them R803 and I respond to ask how is that possible that all my invoice have been paid till date and send them all my proof of payment , on the 23rd of June they send another invoice of R550, ahead of July, I then ask them to sort out my previous payment to correspond with my account before paying the July invoice , they never responded, on the 24 of June my network was suspended when am not owning them a cent, now it been more than 72 hours, I have no internet in the house, I call the supersonic contact number and was online for about 2 hours without no one to respond, I they wrote to them on WhatsApp to all my proof of payment till date, someone respond to say they have acknowledge all the proof of payment and account is paid till date, they account season is responding to connect my account, till date they never connect my account, they don't answer calls and when I send WhatsApp message all I received is they are experiencing high call Volume they don't respond they don't call back and I have no internet to do my job to respond to client application as a car sales, this company call supersonic are ****mer and heartless company, they cut your network even when they are they one owning you and can rectify they issues.
