Meaningless apologies and pointless escalations from SUPERSONIC. 2 months later they still won’t cancel

To AM and Defin from Supersonic please stop responding to my negative reviews apologizing and escalating. Your apologies mean nothing since SUPERSONIC still refuses to acknowledge my cancellation and your escalation is pointless since nothing comes of it. Rather respond to me saying it has been cancelled or provide me with your full names and contact details so I can call you. If I look at all your reviews on HelloPeter and other similar services I find it hard to believe you are still in business.
