I only give SuperSonic such a high rating because I can't give them less. I have Paid and waited to be connected to the fiber since June. I still have no internet and they continue to double debit me. I have Phoned - at least 230 times (not even exaggerating). I usually can't get through, if I do get through I get cut off. I have actually been able to speak to a person 3 times, none were able to help connect me to the internet, all just log a ticket and then radio silence. I am sure their ticket numbers are thumb sucked numbers to keep one hopeful. I have Emailed - that's a joke, emails never get responded to! I have WhatsApped - Why they even claim to have a whatsapp service line I don't know, you get told that no one got to your message and try again tomorrow - for three months and you still never get helped. ******* Masked as a Service Provider.
