Makes Telkom look fantastic

Dont waste your time. This company makes Telkom look really good! After reading a few articles on Supersonic I decided to find out if I could get fixed LTE at my home because, for a few reasons, it would be a good solution for me. I went on to the Supersonic website and established that I was in a coverage area. So far so good. Thats when the wormhole of incompetence and poor service of epic proportions began at a Supersonic pace (mind you thats all that works at a Supersonic pace). Their call centre agents are the definition of incompetence. To say clueless would be an understatement. I actually app**** for a package from them. Imagine, you cant get a more committed prospect. But no, after two weeks of dealing with jaw dropping ineptitude, I just give up. If this is how ridiculously inept they are at just signing you up I'd hate to know what happens when you have a technical difficulty! This company is a sad example of complete and utter incompetence.
