lying *******!

I have paid upfront R199 when I ordered my package . (attached proof of payment )

I then received a pro-rata bill for R121.97 (bill attached)

If i do the calculations you actually owe me 77.03 because i paid for the whole month of August when i only had to pay for 19 Days ? please sort out this account !

I have asked 3 times for this issue to be resolved it is not getting done !!!
