LTE Service not working for long periods.

Very poor support purchased their uncapped LTE package and since day 1 have constant issues where my connection becomes saturated pings in the 3000ms to google and timeouts. Logged a ticket and have been told that a technician will assist. Never received any calls as promised by support and was shocked the other day when I phoned again and was told that my issue was resolved. Phoned again today as the issue is still there and was advised that someone will contract me but as with previous experience no call received as yet. Have times ranging from 30 min to 6 hours where the internet is not usable.
