LTE Service not working

Received my LTE on Wednesday. Worked great until Friday. Since yesterday I have had no connection? I reported it via their WhatsApp number and was told that my router was locked because their system did not have my gps coordinates loaded. I sent a location pin as requested. I awoke this morning Hoping all had been sorted only to find that nothing had changed. I’m paying good money for no service!

Finally got hold of a real person!!! Their WhatsApp “call centre” is way too slow and cumbersome. A 2 minute conversation and the issue was resolved.
