LTE Pathetic service

Unable to Cancel the product. The product was not working from installation date.

My son who is an IT Engineer also went through and tested everything and determined it was supersonics LTE network . He went and made a plan taking out a another deal with MTN direct . I put in a cancellation for the end of September but to my surprise this was not honored and they overridden the cancellation request. I did not pay for August as I had issues with connectivity. I thought this was a month 2 month thing. you guys are not getting a cent out of me. Your support is even more pathetic You guys blame Loadshedding but how come my sons router does not give these issues ?

Supersonic is worse than Telkom.
