LTE order

I made an order almost two weeks ago and I was contacted by an agent to confirm my details. She said the LTE router and sim card will be delivered within 4 days but I have not received it with no feedback from Supersonic. Tried to call their call centre and WhatsApp them but they never answer.

I need it to work from home. I want clarity if they will deliver it during lock down or should I make another plan and cancel my order.
