LTE activation nightmare

I have purchased uncapped LTE from Supersonic. I am struggling now for 3 days to get it activated. I have called the call centres 4 times already. The first call the lady asked for the sim number which I provided and confirmed. She said I must give it 30 min to an hour then it will be activated. Nothing happened. The next day I called again, they said it was never activated the previous day, she will make sure it will be activated, I must just give it 30 to 45 min. Nothing happened. I called for the 3rd time and the lady said that it can only be activated by the person who processed the order and that person does not answer their phones. She then said she will request that someone else does the activation. She will call me back. 24 hours had passed and no internet and nobody has called me back. I called for the fourth time and the lady said she will get it sorted immediately and she will call me back. Still no internet and still no response from them. I am very disappointed in Supersonic as I was highly recommending them to other people which I will no longer do unless they sort me out asap.
