Lots of talking less actions (Fibre not working 0

Worst isp ever. Didn't have internet for 1 and half month . When I try call the office to report this problem they tell me that they will send someone to come fix from day one,until now nobody has came to fix the problem. Every single time I call its the same reply ,( we have sent the guys to fix the problem). I don't know what to say anymore . I paid for the fibre . But it doesn't work . The money gets taken out every month faster then fibre speed. I think its better to use other isp. Supersonic is not the way. Waste of money. Think twice before you choose supersonic.
