Line kept hostage

Yet another victim of their abuse by holding my line hostage. Confirmed with call center agents that everything was paid up to date and that nothing is owed. They are still not releasing the line. Spend hours phoning them with no results. Hellopeter is full of these complaints and they just don't care. They don't even bother to reply on the complaints. Is there no ISP regulation or a consumer protection act that can help us or protect user from this. The fiber line infrastructure belongs to frogfoot. Supersonic is shedding a bad light on them as well now. They should take control of their infrastructure and remove ISP's like supersonic.

I assume Nonhlanhla is the random name picked for today to copy and past replies on hellopeter reviews\complaints. We all get the same message for similar problems and non of them are actually being resolved.

We are entitled to have our lines released so just do it already.

Hi Garry.
Thank you for your patience. I sincerely apologise for your experience. I have followed up on your case and i can confirm that your line release case is in progress with the retentions department and has been escalated to the FNO to release. The FNO ref is  FRG672594-JHB-B1 with Frogfoot. Your refund case is also still in progress with the Billing department and is currently awaiting approval.
Kind regards, Nonhlanhla

Best regards,

GT

Still waiting for the line to be released, Received an FNO ref number on the 4th from supersonic which was "escalated" which doesn't mean anything.
