Limited/no internet connectivity

This company does not even deserve 1 star, non responsive, no internet and I have paid for the service in full. It is despicable. Honestly, how they do this to to anyone. From the reviews I have read it is clear that mine is not an isolated incident. They are cheating their clients!!!!
