Useless and ***********. We ordered an LTE package on the 14th and made payment then; it is the 18th today and (ave been told one story after another. Have sent proof of payment 5 times, have had over 10 whatsapp chats and called 8 times and we have yet to receive our package or get any confirmation. Worse is that when we called on the 17th at 16:23, spoke to Malcolm and we were told that our order is with RAM couriers, only to find out today that it was a blatant lie. Have received payment confirmation emails, but no service. Have told them to keep the order and will go somewhere else for the same service. The only issue we have is that they went as far as lying about the status of our order, this simply means that one does not want this service anymore, especially after reading what people have to say here. Their service is appalling beyond any measure.z
