Hello

This is my 10th review over the same matter and all I get is lip service without any results. This matter has been a headache from the 16th of August 2021, a whole 3 months of being promised lies over and over again. I have lost count of the number of people I have spoken to as they are all as useless as Juan, Joshua Chinniah, Thando Mashiane and Nonhlanhla who replies to reviews here.

I have given up on my refund and tired of telling the story all over again, but I have made it my duty to name and shame, so that people can know what these ****** do.

I placed and order on the 12th of August, which I was told to cancel and place another one, due to some irregularities. I cancelled the order and when I tried to place another order, I was required to make another payment. I contacted these ******** and was told that they will effect a refund, I am still waiting since the 16th of August. All I always get is that the matter is with the most useless project manager called Juan. I have called, sent emails, wrote reviews and always get the same response, "I will follow up and get back to you". They are so quick to reply here and start messaging me privately as if there is something that they are doing. It has been a long stressful 3 months of wasted airtime, time and money.

My mission is to make people aware of these ********.
