Extremely disgusted at the service received from supersonic. I ordered 2 LTE services from them and paid on Tuesday morning. I had a chat with an agent on Wednesday to follow up on my order and was told that it was going out on the same day with RAM and I will receive an sms from RAM. I tried contacting them the whole of yesterday and the same consultant accepted my whatsapp chat, but clearly ignored my messages for the entire day. I called in and all my calls were just dropped. I am on chat with Nonzukiso from 7:25am and all has gone silent again. This is frustrating and very disorganising!!!

They can keep their devices and just give me back my money to shop elsewhere
