Lesego to the rescue!

Everything started off great until my first router stopped working and it was replaced, however the new one only had speeds of 4/4 whereas I'm paying for 75/75. It felt like nobody took the issue seriously which was frustrating because I work from home. This morning Lesego called me and fixed the issue in literally 10 minutes. I'm really grateful for the care he took to resolve the issue and call back when he said he would. Give that man a raise.
