I signed up to a month to month internet FLTE package and had endless reception problem from the beginning and now after 5 moths i want to cancel my package now they come with the story that if i cancel before 12 months i have to pay a R599 cancelation fee. Nowere in there add they say about a cancelation fee. All these internet provider are quick to get you signed up but when you want to cancel they have all the excuses under the sun.
