Lazy unreliable customer service

I just can't understand who's responsibily it is to make sure that all customer complains are resolved at Supersonic's clients service. I was never consulted by Supersonic at all despite Hellopeter's efforts to resolve my case since the 25th October . There has been 3 consultations with the company on my behalf by Hellopeter but still what I get is just empty promises . Supersonic is too relaxed and does not take their clients serious.
