Last chance of redemption, 3 weeks of empty promises

I gave you chance until tomorrow to deliver my router, and you said someone will phone me, NOBODY phoned me, after 3 weeks of empty promises and no feedback if I don't receive it by tomorrow, you will receive no payment from me, I am switching to another ISP and I will file an official complaint to ISPA with all these reviews, your empty promises, and all calls to and from you that I recorded.
