Lack of technical support
It is unfortunate that I cannot rate anything below 1 star. I wanted over 7 hours for technical assistance today on whatsapp. They responded after 8.30pm and because I didn't reply within 7 minutes, they closed the chat. I have been battling with supersonic for the last 2 weeks. It's been an endless struggle.
