Lack of support and router always going offline

I have been with supersonic for two months now, on the two months I have been with them every week I have to contact support to reconfigure my router. I lose more than half a day of productivity as their support take forever to reply on WhatsApp, calling them is out of question their phones are never answered, instead, the VR tell they will call you back of which they never do.

with this rate, I will never recommend them to anyone working from home or running a business, even going to cancel and going back to my previous SP.
