Lack of service

This has got to be the worst service provider ever. How can you expect me to work with less than 1Mbps speed? I tried calling ur call centre more than once and all I get is your number does not exist. “Zanele”? Get rid of that automated WhatsApp bot. It does not provide resolution. All it does is it tells u to call the same call centre number you are struggling to get to. When u eventually get through and speak to an agent, they keep quiet and leave u hanging. A full day lost because I couldn’t connect to the internet. I want my account cancelled. I’m busy looking for another SP that will provide a service.
