LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM & SERVICES.

Supersonic has no professionalism and services. They have been dodging calls, emails, and any other forms of communication. My internet has dropped from 120mbs download/upload to 10mbs download/upload for the last month and a half. My speeds were fantastic for 3 months but after that it dropped drastically. They have also said that it's not a problem on their side it's and issue with MTN and that they would give me feedback. I still have no answers and have now resorted to sending them speed tests every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day to show there is no change. I rely on the internet to make a living and I have endured financial losses and have lost clients due to this. I pay R699 per month and I only receive 10mbs if I'm lucky, it sometimes just drops or reaches 2mbs. This is daylight *******.
