Lack of Customer Service

On Saturday 5th October 2024, my wifi/internet connection went down. I reported this immediately to them. Their whatsapp line has been down or under maintenance since, when you phone the call centre, one hangs on for between 20 to 30 minutes. To date the issue is still unresolved - the lack of communication back from Supersonic is pathetic. I do not know where to turn anymore
