Lack of customer service

As a new customer I Contacted the whatsapp line to enquire what the status of my order is,since nobody answers the call centre number.Up till now nobody has responded to me on the whatsapp line.Makes me wonder if I have made the right decision in switching over to Supersonic.Probably will never get support whenever im setup.Do not recommend..
