lack of communication
Still waiting for my refund which apparently was only paid out on the 16 of august, even though on the 9th I was told it should be in my account in 7-14 days.. it is now the 23rd and still no refund in my bank account, and no-one contacted to notify me regarding the refund. CAS-771810-W9J0Y5.
