Katlego Swakamisa - A rare gem at Supersonic

I had Fibre internet with Supersonic since 2020, never missed a payment. Then one fateful day in February we lost internet for 2 weeks (16 days). Those were the worst 2 weeks of my life, as I called Supersonic almost everyday and they could not resolve it. After numerous phone calls, and 2 technicians coming to my house, the issue still wasnt resolved. I decided to cancel my subscription with them with immediate effect, enough was enough. Katlego tried to convince me to stay but I was done with SuperSonic, even though - FOR HIM - I really wanted to stay. If only my phone call had been answered by Katlego a week earlier, I would NEVER have left. In total I spoke with over 6 call centre agents at Supersonic, and most of them had **********, appalling service. One even hung up on me as I was trying to explain my issue!
