Supersonic Have called them many times with the same problem and every time they wil tell you to restart your router and it will be fix ... everyday the route looses connection with the APN , it says APN connection fail ... after many restarts its connected again and then i have slow speed ... they told me o wil get between 30 to 50 mbps speed and low ping ... if i speed test its giveing me 3000 too 5000 ping and slow download speed of 0.45 to 1 mbps speed im soo sick of this service it happend everyday at the same time they costing me more money ... o pay them so i want what i pay for ....

16 May 2021, 14:23With regards to speed, we do not have a minimum speed for LTE. Our LTE service is a best effort service so the service that you are currently getting is the best that the network can provide. LTE is affected by many factors including but not limited to weather, tower traffic etc.
