Just plain horrible service!!!
We received our router on 31 Dec 2020 and after many phone calls, the service is still not active!!!!!! I cannot be expected to pay for a service I can't even use so Id like to cancel the service ASAP!
We have had many excuses but no results or even callbacks to ask if we had been sorted, it's unacceptable and I will be reporting your company to the Ombudsman as what you are doing is ****************.

A consultant contacted me but I got the same old "a call has been logged" story.
This is something I have been repeatedly told over the last two weeks and the situation remains the same UNSOLVED!!!!!!!!
It's very frustrating that you don't hesitate to debit one account but I am stuck with no active service so what happens come the end of the month? You expecting me to pay for something I was unable to use??!
I have requested the details of a competent manager but still waiting on this as well.
I will be going ahead with reporting this company and exploring any other avenues to get my money back as well.
