Junky network. No network or service

Unlimited LTE package with a 400gb fair usage policy, no network coverage all the time. 16 tickets logged and consultants can't fix the problem. All escalated issues never resolved since May. Junky network that buffers all the time. Consultant are not helpful. Useless network!
